Refund policy
Made to order
Every shirt is printed individually when you order it. There's no inventory to return it to, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.
If something's wrong with your order
We'll fix it. Email us at hello@isleoftees.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost if:
- The print is defective, misaligned, or misprinted
- The shirt arrived damaged
- You received the wrong size or colour from what you ordered
No need to ship the original back.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, email us at hello@isleoftees.ca and we'll send a replacement.
Cancellations
We can cancel and fully refund your order if it hasn't entered production yet — usually a window of a few hours. Email us at hello@isleoftees.ca as soon as possible.
